KARANA is a truly international company and team and our products and showcases reflect our diverse backgrounds! We launched in Singapore, and have expanded to Hong Kong, and now the US, and our team represents over 9 nationalities!
Today we’re showcasing our signature dumplings, which take inspiration from the classic Japanese Gyoza and Chinese Guotie. While traditionally made with pork, our Potstickers are vegan, using KARANA jackfruit! Our chef Gisela was born in Venezuela and has lived in China, Cambodia, and Singapore. At USF she is showcasing her signature dipping sauce which is packed full of influence from her travels and cooking experience around Asia and the world!
