• Learn to navigate the cafés and online menus to identify meal that meet your needs.
• Discuss your individual dietary needs and the resources available.
• Prepare a plan for dining safely in the café and request accommodations if needed.

Melanie is a registered dietitian and a regional wellness manager for Bon Appétit in California. Melanie is a food lover and has a passion for sustainability. Melanie will be on campus at USF on Wednesday, August 13.
