Cooking Education Series: STOCKS & SOUPS

Let’s Cook! This month, we are featuring the skill of making stocks and soups.
There’s a reason why everyone gathers in the kitchen; it’s the heartbeat of every home. Students are invited to join us for cooking education workshops throughout the year including:
- January 30: Soups and stews
- February 27: Comfort foods, roasted meats, vegetables, casserole
- March 20: Bread making and pizza
- April 17: Sushi making and spam/vegetarian musubi
- May 1: Backyard barbecue, burgers, chicken, ribs, mac n’ cheese, potato salad, and composed salads
